Hand Rendering - Sketch
This project I started with a simple drawing with no color. The rendering shows some of the effects that can be used for things like the bushes and the fence. Also some work on the trees is shown fairly well.
Hand Rendering - Elevation
For this rendering I already had the elevation of the house. This just shows how much some color and penwork will change the outlook of an elevation. The depth and interest added is quite significant.
Hand Rendering - Site Plan
This is a simple site plan that I colored. Shows vegetation and also some people in the plaza space. This was a good project to better learn some techniques for site plan trees and shrubs.
Hand Rendering - Floor Plan
For this project I took a simple floor plan and made the materials evident in the rendering. Material description with hand coloring is sometimes a difficult thing and this helped me find ways to meet that challenge.
Hand Rendering - Redesign Project
This was an entire project that I hand rendered. It is a site plan with two perspective sketches that are all colored. This project proved to be difficult mainly because of the material chosen for the quad area and the walkways. A short deadline also caused a bit of stress for this project. This entire project was a great learning experience.
