Mixed Use Development - Exterior

Picture
This rendering was done for my BIM class at Brigham Young University-Idaho. In class we did a quick design and then modeled our building in revit. An exterior rendering was one of the requirements for the class. I picked this shot because I think it is a good two point perspective of my building.

Mixed Use Development - Entrance

Picture
I designed the entrance to be an open experience with the ability to bring people together on multiple levels. I wanted a shot of the entrance to explain and show people what I was trying to accomplish.

Mixed Use Development - Exterior

Picture
This view shows the general layout and form of the building well. It also shows the entrance pretty well and how it relates to the rest of the building.

Mixed Use Development - Interior

Picture
This is an interior rendering that was done for the same project. This is a shot of the living room in an apartment on the second floor. The flooring on this rendering was fun, and I also like how the light from the window plays on room.

Mixed Use Development - Kitchen

Picture
This rendering of the dining room in the living area of the second floor is a basic kitchen shot. I tried to add some details in this one, like outlets and switches along with the base and crown moulding.

Rec Center - Gym

Picture
In my advanced cad class we learned sketchup and then input our model into piranesi. This project was a group project to do a rec center. My area was the gym. This was about a two week project, so we got experience with a tight deadline.

Chapel - Exterior

Picture
These next two images were our final for the advanced Cad class. We took a design from a student in another class and rendered it for them. The designs this semester were for a nondenominational church. We were required to do an exterior and interior rendering. This project was done in sketchup and then taken into pirinesi to put in the details to make the rendering more photorealistic. The grass and the exterior lamps are my favorite parts of this one.

Chapel - Interior

Picture
All the materials and lighting and any colors were done in pirinesi for both of these renderings. The people were also pirinesi cutouts, not from sketchup. The major part of this rendering was showing the light coming in from the windows at the top of the walls.
